Important information concerning user names and passwords
The "test" log-in procedure for PDM has expired. All WADEM members and PDM subscribers who have provided us with a valid e-mail address and have their membership/subscription information up to date have their own unique username and password. Not all members/subscribers have valid e-mail addresses on file. In the event that you cannot access the password protected areas of the Website but you are a current member/subscriber, please e-mail pdm@medicine.wisc.edu to request your information. At that time please provide a valid e-mail address.
